Hi....Please could someone do an electoral look up for 77, Ballards Way, Addington as close to 1940 as possible, can't remember the years it was stopped recorded for the war.

Would like to know who is listed living at that address.

Might be worth contacting the Local Studies Library in Croydon to see if they will do a look up for you. There were no electoral registers between 1840 and 1944.
