Hi if Sarah was born Bath, then the 1871 marriage I gave gives a Sarah Ann Gardiner aged 11 b Bath with father Richard and mother Mary in Newport 1851 at 51, Marshes Road Census ref HO107/2452/351/34

1871 Sarah b Bath is on RG10/5343/61/12

but throughout the whole census' and her birth index are located newport and abergavenny, im a bit confused as to why it says Bath in the 1911 census.
