Thanks to all for your help.  I had found the 1901 census.  I particularly found the Trove website useful and have found 3 sons of William and Marion, Joseph Peebles, Gordon Grant, and Norman John. I do have access to Ancestry.com at our local library, but have not yet had a chance to get over there to check out the tree. 

I also found the wives of Gordon and Norman, but it appears that Joseph did not marry.  The funeral notices mention belonging to the Masons and the Caledonian Club. 

William is my second cousin, once removed.  His parents emigrated to Ontario, Canada.

William Buchan was my Great Grandfather from Elgin, lived in Brisbane. What would you like to know?
