Date of admission :- Jan 4 th 1943. Pet No 243656 Boston Massachusetts.

Anc tree has death date as 26 May 1958 Somerville Middlesex Massachusetts.

Yes, I'm also in contact with his son. I found them online not too long ago :).
Hoping to find Mary Ann Smith (Hazel) family or more on her children, her sister Ann Dowling(Hazel) and family, her brother Thomas and family, I think we know the rest. :)

Their parents Richard Hazel and Margaret Goggin went to Waterbury several times.
This is all their children:
John F - 1870 - US - in contact with his Grandson

William - 1871 - US - in contact with his Great Great Granddaughter

Richard - 1873 - Bantry, Ireland - Zero info on him, maybe he moved to the US

Mary Ann - 1874 - US - Looking for info on her children

Michael - 1876 - Bantry - have his info

Ann - 1878 - US - married Robert Dowling. Daughters Gertrude, Margaret and Jeanette. Would like to find info on the daughters.

Robert - 1880 - Bantry - zero info on him, maybe went to US also

Jane - 1885 - Bantry - have her info

Christy - 1886 - Bantry - My Great Great Grandfather - have his info

Thomas - 1887 - Bantry - Passenger list 1907 visiting sister in Waterbury. Told he later settled
in the Boston Area - need help on this

James F - 1888 - Bantry - in contact with his son :)

I also have been unable to find any Passenger Lists on their Parents even though they have been over and back between Bantry and the US for years.

Hopefully by following each member of the family, it will all have been googled and may draw any Hazel family members researching to this thread.  The USA does not have a BMD index, what is available varies State to State and County to County so it is difficult to trace the female members if they marry.   

Robert was widowed by 1910 but had 3 daughters living with him. (Anc tree says Ann died in 1908)

Robert, seems to be married again by 1920, there is this group of Dowling living in Waterbury, Gertrude is missing but Jeanette is listed

Gertrude may have married Gerald Wheeler, there looks to be a possibility on the 1930 and 1940 census in Waterbury Connecticut.
