Hi I am a direct descendant of James Ambrose Jones from Treborth St Toxteth Park in Liverpool. He was a saddler as was his father Edward who came from Ruabon  Wrexham, Wales .    the ' Ambrose' comes from his father inlaw Ambrose Edwards  from Bersham ( Y Bers) . James married Ellen Mitchell and emigrated to Australia.
the family is actually easy to trace . I have traced Ellen Mitchell's too
Please feel free to ask me anything else .  Merri
