Hi
I know it is some time since we had this query but while looking for something else in Tipton ifound Lammas's latter marriage .
Tipton 13 Nov 1865
Lammas Lane 51 or 57 bach labourer Netherton s of Joseph Lane Farmer
Sussannah Westwood 30 widow Tipton d of Henry Hoskins miner
wit Henry Hoskins and Prudence Smith.
Bewdley is included in the parish of Ribbesford and there is a Joseph and Elizabeth Lane having children there in the right time frame.(Familysearch)
Lydia 24.8.1806
Levi 28.3.1809
Unlikely to have just the 2 children?

Hi, it is a long time since I first posted this request. To be honest I completely forgot about it and found it again through google.  William is my great great great grandfather through his daughter Sarah, then her son Thomas.  I have a copy of his marriage certificate to Eliza nee Bray, daughter of Richard.

It sounds as though you have definitely found his death -his daughter Sarah was still living in Simms lane at the time of Thomas birth.  Williams occupation was at times listed as a hairdresser so that appears to fit with his father.

Thank you so much.  I will now purchase the death certificate. I would expect that Sarah is probably the informant as she continued to live with her father after the death of her husband Daniel Millward during ww1.

I have received the death certificate today and it is definitely him. He has the same address as in 1911 census.
