So do you think we have found the right family for you then?

Regarding Halstead, this is one of the larger towns in Essex, not far from Rivenhall.

There seems to be a lot of Folke/Fowke Hughes listed in Wales in one form or another so am wondering if perhaps the Hughes family may have originated from there.

Hi thanks for all the help, we have determined that for some reason Thomas Hughes may have put his Auntie's name on his marriage cert in Australia, Yes we are sure that all your help we have the right family .
What we have is

James Hughes married Anna Baker

Rivenhall Marriages 1800 & 1811
1800 June 24 James Hughes, parish of Rivenhall, batchelor & Anna Baker, parish of Kelvedon, spinster, banns
Witnesses: Elizabeth Martham, John Wood, Frucke Hughes

Samuel Sparrow and Mary Ann Baker
1811 June 18 Samuel Sparrow, parish of Kelvedon, bachelor & Mary Ann Baker of this parish, licence
Witnesses: Anna Hughes, Anne Ardley, James Hughes

Samuel Sparrow and Anna Hughes
Kelvedon alias Easterford Marriages 1828
1828 Mar 14 Samuel Sparrow, of this parish, widower & Anna Hughes, widow, of this parish, licence
Witnesses: Thomas Hellen [?], Mary Ann Hellen [?]

i am wondering if Anna Sparrow nee Hughes nee Baker and Mary Ann Sparrow nee Baker are sister's or relatives
I Have tried to register with Seax to view James Hughes 1825 reat baddow (D/ABW 125/2/56)Will to see it this tells me anything but i cannot register ,as error comes up, it is 6 pages long.

I have Samuel Sparrow's will from ancestry ,mentions Thomas and George Hughes sons of wife's previous Husband
