1841/51 Census Look up please

I am interested in finding out more about the following Parmenters - family members, age, pob etc.  I found these burials on familysearch.org & would appreciate some help with details from the 1851CR in particular & if poss anything from the 1841CR.  Sorry I cannot be more helpful with ages for them - nothing quoted.

William Parmenter buried 21 Sep 1855 Layer de la Hay
Sarah Parmenter buried 18 Feb 1855    ditto

There is also a Thomas Parmenter buried 2 Feb 1851 Layer de la Hay - too early for the 1851CR

By the way the name gets badly corrupted anything from Parminter to Pammeter & a lot in between

William was 36 and Sarah was 86 and her abode was  Stanway Union House. Thomas was 62.

In 1851 there is a Mary Ann Parmenter born Messing, widow 62yrs of age with sons Thomas 36 and William 32, both born Virley and grandsons Joseph Parmenter 10 and William Appleby 7, both born Layer de la Haye.
