FTDNA - Changes Afoot?

Senior YDNA Geneticist Thomas Krahn posted the following on a forum which suggests his sudden departure from FTDNA:-

This follows FTDNA's parent company Gene by Gene Ltd's acquisition of a company that specializes in genome sequencing and computational analysis:-

What this means is not clear yet but there will be changes ahead at FTDNA for sure.
