PHILIPPA JAMES AND WILLIAM HOPE

Hello
Would like some information if at all possible on Philippa James and William Hope.  They married on the 30th June 1748 Madley Hereford England.  If I am on the right track their son William Hope was my 4th Great Grandfather.  I was given this information by a family member but really not sure if it is correct or not.
