Yes John B did marry Caroline and John was not their first child he was their 3rd. Thomas J did marry Florence E Martin. Thomas's brother's middle name was Martin not his first name.
Is there any connection with your Kynes and mine?

KYNE - DAVIS

 :D From London to Essex:
Frederick A Kyne - Kathleen Ann Davis

In 1901 they were in West Ham, wondering where?

It looks like one child was Ethel.

It appears that Kathleen died in 1907 at age of 31
in Essex (Romford region), so I wonder what ever happened to Fred and daughter Ethel.

I guess, the 1911 Census will reveal a few clues???

Hi!

Just going back to Abraham Kyne/Kine....

The IGI shows that Abraham and his wife Mary Ann had the following children:

Ann Maria      christened 22nd April 1821     Saint Luke, Old Street, Finsbury
William Charles Arns    christened 7th April 1822    St. Sepulchre, London
James Sutherland    christened 18th April 1824    St. Sepulchre, London
Mary Henrietta    christened 1st Jan 1826    St.Sepulchre, London
Frederic    christened 7th July 1831    St. Sepulchre, London
Alfred    christened 25th July 1831    St. Sepulchre, London
John    born 8th May 1833
Francis    born 26th Aug 1835

John and Francis were both christened at St.Thomas Charterhouse, Finsbury on 29th March 1850.

I think that Arns is a typo for Arno and that therefore the William Charles Arno Kyne whose death was registered in the district of E.London in the Qtr to Sept 1849 was the son of the Abraham Kyne whose death was registered in the same quarter.

Also, I just wondered if you had seen the record of the marriage of Abraham Kine to Magdalene Arno on 22nd Feb 1774 at St. Saviour, Dartmouth. The IGI has details for 9 of their children, including Abraham who was christened on 25th April 1779 at St. Saviour, Dartmouth.

Best wishes,

Ju

Benjamin Kyne in 1901
« Reply #14 on: Monday 26 December 05 20:34 GMT (UK) »
From information, it appears Benjamin KYNE may not be part of the Alfred KINE /  KYNE - ARNO group. :'(

I guess the John KYNE born in 1833 must be the John KYNE
of the John & Amelia KYNE family of Hackney - 1881,
- the oldest child appears to be John V. KYNE~!?
