1901 census has him at 12 Monaghan Rd a boarder with the Carroll family ,he is aged 45 a baker and married but no trace of his wife or family on the 1901 census, possibly mistranscribed.

1911 census has him at 28 Monaghan rd master baker age 54 married 30 yrs still no wife but children with him
James Edward age 17 born Fermanagh
John Francis age 23 born Fermanagh
Lizzie age 25 born Cavan so you can probably assume he married in Cavan.

And this is probably the family in the 1901 Census without John Wife Annie b. Fermanagh head of household
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Antrim/Smithfield/Raglan_Street/953041/
Added - could find no trace of Annie Gordon in 1911 census but a birth record for James Edward Gordon b. 1893 Apr Jun Lisnaskea vol3 page 181 is a likely match for the son James Edward - getting the cert would give mother's maiden surname if you need this - Also checked marriage index and there are least  two possibilities for marriage between John Gordon and an Ann/Annie 1. Lisnaskea Reg. District 1879 Quarter Oct-Dec vol 3 page 174 and one of the four females on the same reg page is an Ann McGovern.
2.Wiilliam John Gordon Lurgan Jun Sep 1882 vol. 1 page 851 and again one of the females is Ann Hall
Suggest you get birth cert first if you are interested in following up.

There is one birth on Family Search births and baptisms 1620/1881.
Anne Gordon 7 Sep 1880 Brooksboro,Fermanagh.
Parents John Gordon and Anne Mcgovern
but its a pity Anne the mother is not on 1911 census to see how many children she had.
