So happy I found Roots, It is taking me a little while to get the hang of posting, but if this is posted, I know I am getting it.
I lived in Harrow, 1946 to 1954 when I married an American.

Three cheers for these wonderful forums!

Hi Gwendoline Francis

Welcome to Rootschat  ;D

New members are encouraged to read our 'guidelines for posting' as we have a couple of rules you need to be aware of.

http://www.rootschat.com/help/posting_guide.php

Have a look at our surname interests table, the link can be found in the brown area at the bottom of the screen, to see if there are others researching the same names as yourself. There are been many happy reunions of family members here.

Other than that, post away and happy hunting!

Dawn
