Cant see any incoming or outgoing for William Nixon Horn, so maybe he never lived over here at all.

Violet just coming back from time to time.

But- if she came back to England in March 1902, either she went back to husband and then back to England again before Nov 1903, or husband is not actually George's father!
But maybe they are in Scotland some of the time, as later address suggests?

Might not be linked - or might be her going out to get married.

IF that is William Nixon, and IF the Violet I found is the right one, THEN it seems he was a lot older than her.
Lots of IFs still, but maybe some leads to follow up.

Thomas S Horne is still in Croydon in 1891, with his son William W Horne, bn USA, who is a registered patent agent, married to a Sarah.
I suppose he could marry twice, amd change occupations, but the middle initial W is quite clear as a W not a N.


And - when Thomas dies, the probate index entry says probate to son William Wilson Horn

So I think, sadly, we can rule that one out.
