Hi, had a look. Those guys are my Grandfathers era and no one looks as if they are connections.

Thank you again.

There is a Gerry McKeown (My Cousin) living there today and he has family there as well. He has a company called McKeown's Fine Foods in Rasharkin. I believe he actually lives in Dreen. He did send me information on the descendants of Patrick McKeown, of which he is one, who are now living in the area. Patrick is his father.

Could you let me know if Sarah Scullion had any other siblings.

I have found several records mentioning Sarah but I am after an Esther (Essie).  She did marry but I am wanting to know more about her.  She was born in about 1789.

Let me know if you have finally found your Sarah.

I would be interested in seeing what you found on Sarah. I really have not found much that was certain for her.

Thank you for contacting me.

I have had another look at my family tree.  There are McKeown & Scullion on it.

I have a relative Margaret Doyle marrying a William Mackle/Backle (he was the son of a John Mackle & Rachel McKeown b 24.01.1864. Margaret came from the Ballymaguigan area of Ireland.
Then I have the possibility of another family member remarrying into the same name it would have to be a female McKeown marrying a Young.

Let me know if this is of any assistance.  If there is a connection it would be useful to put it all together.

Dates and location would help- are they connected to the family on this Rasharkin topic?
