Starting with Dunderg House...
Sinclair family lived in Dunderg House
Baillie family lived in Dunderg Cottage

PRONI have the Revision Books online that follow on from printed version of Griffith's Valuation until 1929. Had a brief look through them last night and not sure exactly what was going on but you'd need to check thoroughly and take more notes. Just a few notes-
VAL/12/13/30/11A (1860-1863)
3a. Hugh Watt, 3b. Rachel Watt, 4. James Watt, 11. John Watt
VAL/12/13/30/11B (1864-1880)
Hugh Watt > 1872 James Watt
Rachel Watt (1870 James Watt immediate lessor)
VAL/12/13/30/11C (1881-1889)
     3. (land) Jane Watt > Robert John Watt 1889
     4b. Rachel Watt > 1886 vacant? > 1889 Robert John Watt
VAL/12/13/30/11D (1890-1898)
     11a Robert John Watt
VAL/12/13/30/11E (1899-1910)
     1902 new house
VAL/12/13/30/11F (1911-1929)
   Robert John Watt > McKinley 1923 (3. 19a2r30p land, 4. 56a3r30p house offices land)

Can't see a death registration for this Rachel Watt.

One point of interest is the amount of Robert John watt's estate when he died in 1911.

Also, someone else seems to be researching this family-

Hi Kingskerswell and aghadowney
Many thanks for your posts......very interesting.
Not sure if these Watt's are related though......Ellen Watt's marriage in 1881 is also very interesting, but she can't be the same Ellen as mine.....mine was married to Lawrence Nash until he died in 1930.
Thanks again
Kind regards argyle25cassidy
