Thanks for the census information; I found it on line just after sending my post. I was most curious about the births not showing in Bolton. Is this a glitch: no WILLIMS births for most of the decade? database not complete? wrong search? It is great to find such organization, then disappointing to find gaps.
From the census we know there are three children Annie, (b. 1906); Lilly, (b. 1908); Emma, (b. 1910). From death notices in Australia besides Lillly, or Lilian, we know they also had a son, William Henry, (b. 1911). (We also have the parents death and burial in Australia.)
That is it. We don't know if there were other children or if any but Lilian had children. or when or how the family arrived in Australia. They seem to be in the Melbourne area; while Lilian married a QUOLDING and resided outside Sydney. Her daughter, Gwendolyn Patricia QUODLING lingered almost a year in England before continuing to America in 1954. We think she may have been visiting family which we would like to find.
