Hi folks, Happy New Year to all
1901 census shows James and Sarah Macklin living in 2 Burns St. Oldham.
RG13 piece 3809 folio 78 page 48 could someone please tell me Sarah's birth place in Staffs?
Oeder Hill/Octer Hill, just can't make it out.

They don't appear in 1911 census and I have 2 poss deaths for James 1905 March qtr aged 46, Oldham fits in. 8d 404  AND 1907 June Q. 8d 168 age 51 Manchester could also fit in.

Sarah poss March q 1909 8d386 Ashton age 45 could be?

Any chance of finding further info on these entries?

This fits in with what Heywood found for 1911.

Hi everyone
Back to the Macklin family. Elizabeth Helen/Ellen Macklin dau of James and Maria (Bamford) Macklin married Ernest Fish in 1906, they are in 1911 census both aged 36 no children then. How can I find out if there were any children after 1911, have checked Cheshire & Lancs bmd but a bit hard to sort out. Any death dates for either?
Last child of James & Maria - Alfred Bamford Macklin is a mystery also, any help on him would be appreciated please.  It seems this family did not produce any grand children for Jams and Maria.

In 1911 they were both in their mid thirties so perhaps they didn't have any children.
Did they move to the coast?

I hate to impose but I need some suggestions about William and Jane (nee Disbury) Macklin, he is son of Edward and Selina, born c1856. I have them in 1881,1891 along with one child Alfred born c. 1885, but can't pick them up in 1901 or 1911.  A possible variation of Macklin?  Any ideas would be appreciated.
