Hi there
I hate to impose but I need some suggestions about William and Jane (nee Disbury) Macklin, he is son of Edward and Selina, born c1856. I have them in 1881,1891 along with one child Alfred born c. 1885, but can't pick them up in 1901 or 1911.  A possible variation of Macklin?  Any ideas would be appreciated.

They emigrated to New York in 1892. You might find them in USA censuses on Family Search.

Hi folks
Thanks once again for the latest post, have seen the manifest and all the info in it, what fascinating records they are, now will head to the census and see if I can trace them.  Need to work out where Ann and her 2 kids Disbury fit in also, normal living things get in the way sometimes!! Cheers and thanks again, going through a heatwave on the east coast of NSW so in front of the computer in the air con is the way to go!
