Hi, Can anyone give any info. on above.
1881 Census has him with parents Michael Harding and Ann (Mother) living 2 Upper Raglan St, St.Woolos Mon.
Age 4

Did he marry?  Very common name to research but occupation on later Census would help if available. Thank you, syljun

Here's a possible marriage to Clara Louisa Wintle in Newport 1903.

1901 as brother in law with married sister Eliza Greenwood.  Henry 24 is an engine smiths striker.
Next census 34 striker railway.

FreeBMD gives two Harding children,mother's maiden name Wintle(no mmn data prior to 1911) in Newport registration district:-

Electoral Rolls for 1953 have wife Clara with two of children at 12 Lucas Street, Newport.

I am still looking for Henry Harding b. 1884 Kensington London. Just by chance saw one name study for Paske online a Bessie Radford (nee Paske) married Henry Harding. Bessie born Newport area 1877. Husband George Radford also died 1939. Bessie then went to London and married a Henry Harding 1943 Hendon, London. From info on web-site they opened a Hotel nr. Houses of Parliament. Checked Newport Electoral Rolls as web-site said she came back to Newport. Have checked Electoral Rolls, first sighting was 1954 living 132 Duckpool Road, Newport. (No husband).
Photo of wedding on web-site. Both of mature age. Bessie would be 62 and if my Henry he would be 59. I cannot seem to get any other info. on this Henry and wonder if they met in London or was he down in Newport. Known as "Harry" .
Any direction would be helpful.I suppose the answer would be to purchase M/Cert but would it be any help with occupation at 59. Musician was occ. of Harry (Henry) Harding and apparently was in Music Hall shows. Any help or suggestions even to discount this Henry would be invaluable. Have purchased several wrong Certs. Sorry to rant on but this brick wall has bugged me for a long time.

Is the Henry born Kensington a different person you are looking for - or is it the same person just later in life?!

Sorry to confuse Milliepede, so am I. Am checking several Harry Harding's.
Came across Paske one name studies and noticed that Bessie Radford (nee Paske) b. 1877 Monmouth -Newport reg. married Harry Harding. According to one-name study Bessie's husband George died 1939. Bessie then went with 2nd husband Harry to London to run Hotel nr. Houses of Parliament. Found marriage of Harry Harding and Bessie Radford at Hendon, London 1943. Next sighting of Bessie 1954 back in Newport on Electoral Roll but no husband Harry. There is no info. of Harry Harding on Paske one-name study. Why would anyone leave Newport wartime with bombs continually dropping on London to run Hotel bearing in mind that Bessie was 62yrs of age and if my Harry, he would be 59yrs - unless there was a London connection.
Henry s/o Michael who married Clara was b. 1877 Newport. He also died 1939. Clara died 1954.
I am trying to eliminate all the possible Harry (Henry) Harding's. Born 1884 London Musician Music Halls is the one I  am looking for. It has been a long search and would like  a conclusion. I have purchased several  D.Certs of Henry with ages similiar which have been wrong and suppose the answer would be to purchase Marr/Cert but would Harry put Hotelier or Musician as Occupation. That's anyone's guess.
I was looking for Modify button to put Completed but seems to have disappeared.
