Locating 1850's+ graves in Llangynllo area of Llandysul
« on: Wednesday 18 December 13 14:05 GMT (UK) »
Ok just trying to find my GGGG Grandparents grave. They were born Penbryn parish, Rhydlewis and Bettws Evan but lived in Llangynllo all their lives. I have visited:

Both chapels in Rhydlewis
Llangynllo Church
Troedyraur Church
Brongest Chapel

Their names were John and Sarah Jones of the village now called Coedybryn right next to Llangynllo. John died after 1851, and Sarah after 1861. They lived at Cefn-Coed, which is no longer standing, but was on the Gernos Lane.

I am wondering if there is another graveyard/cemetary somewhere? I do not have death certs so do not know when they died.

Diolch/Thanks

I have found on FindMyPast a John Jones who died in 1854 at Blaen cil llech Llangynllo, but that is all.

As said the graveyard does not have my John Jones in it though.
