If he was born alive and his birth was registered then yes- they would have counted him as a deceased child

I was afraid you were going to say that!
So I guess the next thing I need to find out is if Jesse is son of John & Sarah, the railway man.
Unfortunately I'm on a tight budget so if I can find another way other than buying a certificate I need to investigate it!
