I have this info on Moses Hammond but can find no other nor record of his marriage to Bowman

You can view the original certificate on-line on the GRONI website, using the “search registrations” option:

https://geni.nidirect.gov.uk

You will need to open an account and buy some credits. It costs £2.50 (sterling) to a view a certificate.

They want to charge fifteen pounds not 2 pounds fifty.  Have a chosen the wrong option?

Yes use "search registrations." The option you have gone for is for ordering a formal copy by post.
