Margaret Scanlon of Carrowniskey

I have a Margaret Scanlon who married Walter Cox in 1912 (registered at Westport)... Walter's family were from the Devlin area and Margaret was believed to be from the Carrowniskey area of Mayo.  Unsure of exactly when she was born but it was possibly around 1880-1884 but I'm having trouble locating any baptism records for her...  She is possibly the Margaret Scanlon age 30 at Fermoyle in 1911.

What is her father's name from the marriage certificate?

I can't see any Scanlons in Carrownisky.  There is this Margaret: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Mayo/Emlagh/Fermoyle/746496/
