I'm having trouble finding a marriage as well.

There is an Ada Hasney with her parents in Bradford in the 1891 and 1901 census. She was born abt 1881 Manningham, Yorkshire. I cant see her in the 1911.

I think this is her birth

Births Jun 1882
Hasney    Ada        Bradford, Y.    9b   126

Hi Groom, I can see one with an EDGAR in 1911 index,

Just wonder if an Ada Beatrice HASLEY married an Edgar Sutcliffe in 1903 Aston, clutching at straws I know!!

Not sure why they would marry in Aston, unless they did so because she was under age, but it would only have been by a few months.

There is an Edward Sutcliffe who married an Ada Booth in Dec 1898 in Halifax, but I don't think that's her either. Perhaps they didn't marry.

That would fit with the 1903 marriage, with him being Edgar not Edward.

We are not allowed to give details from the 1911 on here Margarita, but you can use the free 1911 census  http://www.1911census.co.uk/  these hints on how to use it will help http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=492718.0

:) Only problem with me is, if the 1903 marriage is a possibility, then where does the middle name "Beatrice" emanate from?

Hi again fairly confident that the other male shown ie Albert Edward Collins married the May Parsons, leaving a
Caroline Louisa Walton with no male mentioned? Any chance we can find who?

FindMyPast only gives those 4, no mention of Caroline.

Searching for her shows she married either Thomas Wakefield Simkin or Alfred Ernest Woods
