Allen Keir / Mary Tennent

Looking for help in finding any information with regards to Allen Keir. Allan married Mary Tennent at st Cuthberts Edinburgh on the 2nd july 1772. They later moved to southshields in the north east of England and had a son Richard  Keir born 20 october 1796. I would love to know where and when Allen was born and who his parents were.

Hi Richie,

Not too much information to go on, only Old Parish Records available at this time. Did a search on SP, and got 24 results on Al*n K*r. Only 1 fitted a timescale of marriage in 1772, an Allan Keir born 20 Jun 1753, and that was in Scoonie in Fife. So could not say that was your man, sorry.
