I am not concerned at all, I use the pedigrees extensively myself, I was simply saying that we are always going to find some errors in the publications, and to change the view of others is a big task..

TCG p252 Edward b 29.3.1801 should read Edmund !

This is important, as this Edmund is the father of William Meirion Evans, but because of an error, not noted...

I used  'concerned with' to mean 'referring to'.

You need to be very careful with the Pedigrees, aled - but I'm sure you know that. They take a lot of digesting  :)

I've got some of the reference books, aled, if you need any more info*, but best to follow them up yourself and verify. It makes you feel good to find it all yourself and can justify it.  It took me ages but I did get there with a little cousinly help  :)

yet another entry crossing into my research...I have a Joseph Jones born 1791 Amlwch, found an entry in the Amlwch register, only to find that this entry of baptism has been given to another Joseph born 1787 by no other than the national library, so obviously this entry cannot be for my JJ
