Moulton/Clarke Marriage, Crewe

Hi. I was wondering if anybody had the resources available to look up a marriage, please? John Moulton marriage to Edith Clarke Apr/May/Jun 1948, Crewe. I would like the fathers' names if possible please.

Do you know in which church they were married?

It isn't permitted to look at the GRO Indexes - you must buy the certificate!
But a Parish Register entry may be available - if you know in which church?

Cheshire Registration District contained 93 parishes!
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

If you can wait until Tuesday I will be attending Chester Record Office, I have made a note of the church which heatherjulie has kindly found for you.  I will check if the marriage records for the Congregational Church Hightown in 1948 exist.
