Robert Evans - look up please

Just posted a request on the Cambridgeshire Board. Looking for a 4th great grandfather Robert Evans born around 1743 and married Elizabeth and some stage. Had 5 children all born in Chippenham, Cambridgeshire. He died 1819 in Chippenham aged 76.

Any help with where he was born or married would be good.

What information do you have that connects him to Suffolk?

Only that I believe that Chippenham may well have been classed as Suffolk in the mid to late 1700s. There is nothing in Church records of his birth in that parish.

Can find one marriage through the Suffolk Parish register, but that was in about 1763 and would seem odd that children did not arrive on the scene until 1782!

That's about all I can offer at this time.
