Hi
Was buried in Penamser, also known as Moelygest. Inscription recorded in Gwynedd Family History Society , Manuscript Inscription booklet appears to have an error in it. I'll check it, probably tomorrow.

Hi
Most of the monument inscriptions in this area are in Welsh. Are you a Welsh reader/writer ? Your 'name' suggests to me the Ffestiniog area. I was running 'Râs y Moelwyn' on Saturday which goes up and down thro' cwmMORTHIN.

Hi
I live I porthmadog, I am Welsh. The reason for morthin is that it is Welsh for Martin! The reason for my request to you is that I have done a lot of research into local clockmakers in port and tremadog, the most famous being Richard Bonner Thomas indeed I discovered one of his clocks in a chapel in nantmor. I found that he was buried locally but as you kindly found for me that it was model y gest. But there are a lot of stones there! So the easy option for me was to ask yourself so that I could pin point it.i hope this explains the reason to you.
Diolch yn fawr

Hi Emyr
Do you have access to the list of graves at Ynys Cynhaiarn at Pentrefelin? a friend of mine wishes to trace a grave there.
diolch
