The inventory of those who died says that Oliver Charles Summers was a witness and identified all 5 members of his family who died

However - there are only 4 Summers listed as deceased:

Annie Elizabeth 29 - his wife
Grace 19 (niece of Annie)
Florence Annie - dtr of Annie Elizabeth and identified by her father Oliver Charles
Sydney Walter 13mths - identified by father Oliver Charles

The fifth member was Jane Ferguson, nee Summers, Oliver's sister.
On some lists Grace has the same address as Jane Ferguson, i guess she was staying there.

Her Husband was away in the navy and later remarried in 1899.

Who did Thomas marry in 1899?  If he was a similar birthyear to Mary Ann he would have been nearly 70 on remarriage

Son Thomas Collyer Summers did well - he became a Physician & Surgeon

I found him in 1891 and 1901 but his mother wasn't with him

There is a death in St Saviour for a Mary Ann Summers in December qtr 1875 but she is 49 - not 45
