Where's my scroll-down arrow gone?

I've obviously pressed a button somewhere..........

The outside right edge of my screen page shows half of the grey scroll-down bar (Windows 7 by the way). So I can just about scroll-down that way. But I've lost the scroll-down arrow bottom right.

I've checked zoom (100%).  What have I done, and how can I rectify it please?

Like you I thought zoom.  I know you've checked it's 100% but have you tried the reset anyway? 
.....View/Zoom/Reset

Could also be a legacy from a time you've resized the window?  Try using the rectangle (middle of the 3 icons in the larger rectangle) at top right of screen to reduce / minimize / maximise - it might restore it.

Clear cache.

Just guessing, but one of these might help.

I also had a quick Google - it seems there was / is an issue with Chrome (which I've never used). 
Have you tried another Browser?  If nothing else, that will tell you if it's a setting on your computer or a setting on your browser you need to change.

Worth a try until someone comes up with a definitive solution for you.

Hi daval57,  thanks for your suggestions.

tried to maximise/minimize but it just reduces the screen and no scroll-down arrow. 

Apologies for being the technophobe I am, but how do I view/zoom/reset?  To check the zoom I click on the 3-bar 'icon'? top right of screen (next to the bookmark star) but no option to reset from that.

Top left tool bar / menu bar.
Depends on your settings exactly how it appears to you.
If you see "File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help" - Click on View. drop down box appears - Click on Zoom.  Another dropdown box - Click on Reset.

Top left tool bar / menu bar.
Depends on your settings exactly how it appears to you.
If you see "File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help" - Click on View. drop down box appears - Click on Zoom.  Another dropdown box - Click on Reset.

God, I'm hopeless at this.  Top left of what? Home screen?

  Top left of any open window.

As I said, it depends on your settings, and as Midase just mentioned, it will also depend on which browser.  That's why I suggested trying another browser.
