Ester Griffiths 22/03/1899

I have an old welsh family bible.

In the front it says " Ester Griffiths born 22/03/1899"

Most of the family seems to have been born in Cilgerran but I can't seem to trace Ester. I have tried the usual sources

Any ideas?

Best option seems to be the below. Works if they waited a couple of weeks to register her birth

not near Cilgerran, Pembrokeshire. There is no birth reg for an Est(h)er Griffiths registered at Cardigan, the registration district for Cilgerran, at the time you're looking at.
