Could anyone tell me about who is in this houshold please other than Elizabeth

Looks to more involved on page ie a George Nicholls aged 48 occ Surgeon and family,  Elizabeth along with an Eliza Blay aged 20 are Female Servants at South Street, Bourn

Thank you all ..this family is doing my head in I was trying to separate Eliza from Elizabeth and they are together..grrrrrrrrrr

One of them ( I think) Eliza had a child in 1842 ( have the bastardy assizes session etc) Elizabeth married in Bourne in 1845....... another researcher ( she thinks) it is Elizabeth who had the child, not Eliza.
It says Eliza on the assizes paper and in 1851 the child is with grandma  aged 8yrs and neither Eliza or Elizabeth is in the houshold as they are both married by then

I believe he is Surgeon App(rentice)
