I am delighted to say that it IS my Elizabeth Tyrrell who married William Garvan in 1903. His father is given as John Garvan, miller, of what I read as (at this earlier hour)  of Windy Arbour, Rathdrum.  Thank you again, Dathai. Very much appreciated.
Researching: Cronin / Nolan - Gortadrislig, Kerry
Finn/Clifford - Callinafercy and Scort, Kerry
Spillane - Milltown
Also:- Byrne / Tyrrell - Dublin

Seems I joined two places together  ::) and now, looking again, it is Dundrum.

I have Google Map search which really only gives a reference to Windy Arbour, Dundrum Road. Zooming out it seems the area is also called Dundrum, or maybe once was?

Anyway, here it is in case I am wrong again...which does seem to happen frequently with FH.

Just to note, i see his brother Edward 29 wife Catherine and son John at 27 Anna Villa Lower,Rathmines and Rathgar in 1911 which is not far from Dundrum,
The reason i say this is there are a few more births from 1911 to about the mid 1920s which could be Edwards children as well unfortunately the mothers maiden name dosent show for you to distinguish between them.
I think Elizabeth's daughter Rose died 1941.

I was thinking of the various other place near Windy Arbour with Rath in the name like Rathmines and Rathfarnham to suggest, but Dundrum makes sense, it's the next town down the Enniskerry road from Windy Arbour and probably best known these days for the big shopping centre
