As you most likely know this is all supposition at the moment and only the marriage cert will tell you if she is the right Elizabeth Tyrrell.

Sorry, I was going to add the info from the 1911 census of 6 chn, 6 living but got waylaid by my 18mth old daughter who has decided that sleeping through the night is no longer necessary and she's rather be up watching the Olympics with me...grrr.

Anyway, WOW! I have spent hours looking for her and she was down the street all along. What on earth was I doing wrong???

The parentage of Kathleen is unconfirmed, however, I believe Mary to be her mother. Mary later married and became a Maloney. My mother remembers Kathleen and Thomas (her brother) Tyrrell, and their mother "Old Aunt Mary". She also knew the name as Maloney once I said it.  I am still keeping a semi-open mind about it as there are Kathleen's peppered throughout the family.

Now, for Eliza- I am thrilled for her to have been found.  I am currently waiting on the GRO for 11 records. Once I have them, I will have Eliza's marriage on the top of the next list.

Thank you one and all and especially Dathai for the marriage. Very much appreciated.  ;D

There is. Kathleen Tyrrell born Jan/Mar Dublin North 1901
The census was taken on the 31 March so perhaps not. A middle of the night birth could go either way depending on the person.
Would she be Dublin North or South?
