I have two family members that I am fairly sure are dead but I cannot find information on them.

Margaret Rebecca Boulter (nee Pye) died after 1978
Henry Kenway Seatoon Boulter died before 1957

Can anyone help?

Do you know where they died? There is no central registry for BMD events in Canada as it is a provincial jurisdiction. Some provinces are easier to search than others for deaths in those time periods. I see they were married in Ontario. Currently Ontario death registrations for those time periods are not available to none next-of-kin. If they stayed in Toronto, you could check the Toronto Star Archives for obituaries. It is a pay site but quite inexpensive. Here's a link:

Sadly no I am not sure. I know Margaret helped raise my mom and her brothers after their father died in 1951, but I am not sure where she lived or died. I know my grandmother lived in Orillia, Ontario and I had assumed my grandma lived in that area, but as of yet found no obituaries.

Voters Lists show Mrs. Margaret Boulter, widow at 51 Coldwater Road, Orillia in 1957 and at the same address in 1958 and 1962 but with Mrs. Doris Toutant also resident.
1965 and 1968 Margaret is at 2 Coldwater St. E. #6
1972 Margaret is at 21 William St., Orillia.

Perhaps the Orillia library could help - it does cost a few dollars
