Below is an aerial view of where I think the lair will be.

You can see on the photo, that most of the stones are facing the one direction, whilst the ones in this part face the other.

Yes you are right I did notice that the grave go up and down the way when I was walking around on Friday and the numbers on the grave seem to be jumping a great deal and very few have numbers on them maybe because thay are so old and weather beating I will go up with the pic of the stone you sent me and a tape see how I get on x

Fantastic!!

'Pocketslint' (my partner in crime for finding graves in St. Kentigern's) sent me photos today of Lair 759, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to get them added to the thread. (Sorry WW!)

Morganspice - I take it you saw the wee gnome sitting in the middle of the shrub which marks the lair you were looking for?

Great result though - and as 'Pocketslint' quoted to me recently - "Another lost soul found!"

So very sorry to hear about your mum Jackie.

I'm delighted that you were able to find your grandparent's grave (and I'm sure I speak not only for myself, but for 'Pocketslint' and Monica too).

We all love a wee happy ending and are only too pleased to be able to help.

Anne  :)

A wee addition to end the thread.

Photographs very kindly taken and supplied by 'Pocketslint'.

The Stewart Family gravestone marks Section 13, Lair 762. The Numbers are clearly inscribed on the base of the stone.

Lair 759 has no stone but is marked with a shrub of some sort with a wee gnome sitting in it.
