Unfortunately there are no Central registries/indexes in Canada for BMDs.  Canada has very strict privacy laws and each province imposes its own even further.  Additionally, some provinces are more research friendly than others so researching in Canada can be challenging.  The latest available Canadian Census is 1921   As a guide BMD Records are only available for births more than a 100 years ago, marriages 85 years ago (up to about 1928 at present) and deaths 70 years ago.

However, found this info :-

Ada Ailene (Eileen) Beebe (born Gurney), 1926 - 1951

Ada Ailene Beebe (born Gurney) was born in 1926,  to John Miles Gurney and Ada Catherine Gurney (born Jones).
John was born on January 25 1900, in Bellville, Ontario Canada and Ada was born on July 20 1901, in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

Ada had 7 siblings: Gladys Lucille Gurney, Ruth Merle Gurney and 5 other siblings.

Ada married Calvin Earl Beebe
Calvin was born on October 9 1924, in Port Arthur, Thunder Bay on Canada. They had 2 children.
Ada passed away in  1951, at age 25
