The 1901 marriage record for Charles Mooney and Mary Anne McHugh indicates that the bride's father was a car driver called Charles McHugh and the marriage and 1911 census records suggest a birth year for Mary Anne of c. 1879-80.

As previously mentioned in this topic, a family shown by the 1901 census living in Black Lane,  Killybegs looks promising, here is the link for convenience:

Tracing the births of the children shown in the above census return indicates the couple to be Charles McHugh and Mary Gillespie, here is the birth of their daughter Mary Anne at Killybegs in 1876:
