Cedar Creek is a very small cemetery near Ayr, Ontario, so the list of names is short. I did not see any burial date before 1834, though I did see some well into the late 20th century, so perhaps it is still an active site. It would not be surprising that Robert Marshall was the first one buried there because the first settler arrived in the area in 1822 and the next in 1824. It wasn't until the 1830s and '40s that others, mostly Scottish immigrants, came in any numbers.
