Marriage record Please.

I am trying to find a marriage record for a John Downey and Jane Smith.  They would have married before 1832.  When their first child was born.

I would also like to know who their parents are if that might somehow have been listed also. 

I know that Jane is sister to Martin Smith. That is all I know right now.
