All Saints Church and Cemetery, Harewood, Yorkshire
« on: Wednesday 23 April 14 16:19 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I'm researching the Pullans/Pulleynes of Yorkshire, and have found that quite a lot of them were from the Dunkeswick area. Lots of the baptism records took place at All Saints in Harewood, which is apparently contained within the Harewood House estate these days. What is the history of this church? I know there was a castle on the estate way back when, would the Church have been there because of that?

Also, are there any records of burials in the cemetery anywhere online? I would love to be able to find out if there were any of our ancestors there whom we could go see.

thanks!

All Saints Harewood is included in the collection of West Yorkshire parish registers at Ancestry, and you can see images of the original registers.
