Andrew Saunders and Rachel Purcell in Athy

Andrew and Rachel Saunders had 9 Children: George B 1846, Andrew B 1849, Lucy b 1849 (twin), Sarah  B 1851, Joseph B 1852, Joseph B 1853, Rachel B 1955, William B 1858 and John B 1861.
So far I have been only able to trace George who married Julia Brady. Any help  with other children greatly appreciated.

Where have you found George?
They are an elusive bunch indeed but there is an Andrew Saunders in St. John's Lane Athy in Griffith's Valuation. That maybe a start.
No Saunders there in 1901.

When all else fails I try RootsIreland they have baptisms George 1846 Joseph 1855 and William 1858 parents Andrew and Rachel in Kildare.
It's late now.

A search of the RootsIreland website index for marriages around the right timeframe/area, with a Saunders bride or groom (and having a father's first name of Andrew of course) produces a couple of potential candidates.

First, a church marriage record for a Lucy Saunders who married "Pierce Hahsy" in County Kildare in 1872. Cross-checking with familysearch confirms a civil registration record for Lucy Saunders to "Pierce Halisy":

Second, a RootsIreland website church marriage for an Andrew Saunders who married Sarah Toole in County Kildare in 1874. The familysearch civil registration record is here:
