Ysgeifiog marriage 1833

I am too far from the Flint Record Office to be able to visit so would very much appreciate it if anyone visiting it could discover from the marriage of
Joseph Ellis & Mary Ann Marsden at Ysgeifiog on 9 September 1833
whether she could sign her own name. Any details of father's occupations would also be very useful.
