I don't know whether youhave census info, but this appears to be Catherine in 1871:

RG10/2676 77 55

DEANE Thomas H M 37 - gardener dom - Lanc Wallwick?
DEANE Catherine V W M 35 - Angelsea, Llangefni
DEANE George H son 6 - Glos Apperley
DEANE Mary E dau 5 - Denbigh Abergele
DEANE Robert W son 4 - Apperley
DEANE Louisa J dau 2 - ditto

In the adjacent Apperley Court is the following:

I hope this is helpful

Hi
Thanks for the info I believe Mary was Catherine's sister.
From another source I have been told that in 1861 Catherine Vaughan James was living in Gwrych Denbighshire at a house called "Mr Dentons" she was 25 occupation Milliner born Llangefni Anglesey.
What was "Mr Dentons"?

Your info is broadly correct:

Cathrine V JAMES is the name given

The address is (squiggle, probably Mr) Denton's - looks like a house name.  There are 2 households thus described - Cathrine is living as Head and sole occupier of one, one is unoccupied.  A further property, several schedule numbers away, is described as "Denton's Back"

Maybe Mr Denton owned the property and it was sub-divided to accomodate several families?

Other properties in this area have Welsh house names, or property names.

The age of this Cathrine seems a good fit as is the one in Deerhurst.  Will double check the latter for you.
