If they married at 18, they wouldnt have been born by 1901! yet alone 1891.

You need to go one step at a time and gather more details about them.
Fathers names, ages etc from the marriage cert (if this marriage is the only reference you have of them), but presumably you have some interest in them and thus have other info that has led you to this marriage?  Tell all.

A quick glance at FreeBMD (have you checked there?) shows one birth for an Edith Powney in Clutton, which might be the person you are seeking - but there are plenty of other Edith Powneys around, any of which may be the one who marries, depending on her age at  marriage.

Stanley James Chivers was born 3q 1897 Clutton 5c 499 which would have him on the 1901 census.

This is the most likely from 1901 for that Stanley, though there are numerous Stanley Chiverss about in Somerset.

I searched for a Stanley J Chivers between 1880 and 1901, he was the only one that came up

Also Edith Powney same search which came up with this birth year, 3q 1895 Clutton 5c 521

Don't forget that BathBMD covers North-east Somerset as well as Bath itself, in particular all of the Clutton RD. Your couple married at St John the Baptist's in Midsomer Norton.
