Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies, County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Bucks HP20 1UU. Surviving records include: Guardians' minute books (1835-1948); School Committee minutes (1863-80); Letter book (1862-82); etc.

It's a long shot Kaye, but Slough Library has transcriptions of burial memorials at St Mary's Upton-cum-Chalvey. Being a pauper, he's unlikely to have a gravestone.

I've also found reference to RHB 'right hand bank', means nothing to me.
