Texas help and mail forwarding
« on: Wednesday 28 May 14 22:42 BST (UK) »
Hi All,

I'm originally from England, now living in Dallas, Texas. I understand the frustration of trying to find some information that's within your grasp, but 4500 miles away.

As time allows, I'd be happy to understand research in the Texas area including visits and pictures if within the Dallas area.

Also, I know it can be hard to get items mailed out of the country due to the extra postage required. I'd be happy to receive and forward mail for just the cost of the postage (I'm not looking to make a profit), why pay $3 for extra postage to the US when it only costs $1 for a stamp!

Let me know how I can help you in your research.

Hi Nel Gin,

I have just read your message offering research help in Texas.

I am researching one of my ancestors who emigrated with his family in 1883 and I wondered if it would be possible to ask some advice regarding research in Texas.

Would it be ok if I could PM you with my research enquiry?

Kind regards
