On the 1851 census Hannah was initially transcribed as Hannah Miugrane before being altered to Hannah Musgrave - a servant for the Spedding family at Cleator Forge Mill.

I found a birth for a Eleanor Musgrove Cockermouth District Jan/Feb/March 1852 - 10b 435 - Also a christening record for Eleanor Musgrove to a Hannah Musgrove - Christening Place :- St. John's, Workington, Cumberland. 6th April 1852. Those 2 things fit together nicely.

Eventually found a Elanor Margrave (Transcription error)  born 1852 Workington and living with the following in 1861 :-

John Hall  27 Born Scotland.
Anna Hall  28 Born Workington
Elanor Margrave  9 Born Workington
Ann Hall  6 Born Workington
John Hall  3 Born Egremont
Alice Hall  1 month Born Egremont

RG 9 Piece 3949 Folio 5 Page 10 - Pitts - This is Egremont Area.

This looks more than likely like Hannah Musgrave under Ann Hall, birth year and place seem to fit.

Can't see a marriage for Hall - Musgrave though.  ???
A lull in the birth of children who were born after Alice so looked for death of a John Hall - Whitehaven - Dec 1861 but could be anyone.  ???
Forgot Margaret was aged 4 years on the 1881 census and Martha born 1870   ::)

Although the 1881 census says Hannah Musgrave is still married  ???

Just as many questions as answers though  ??? Did you have the marriage cert for Alice Musgrave to William Tunstall - can't remember ? Just wondering if the father was listed ?

Just noticed a family tree entry with John Hall born 1834 in  Scotland and died Jul 1878 in  Gateshead & District, Co.Durham - aged 44 years - 10a 557
No sources between 1861 - 1878 though.
Anna is listed as Murgrave  ??? View with caution.  ???

There were two Joseph Wilkinson Tunstalls born within the Cockermouth registration district. the one killed in WW1 was my Great Uncle. The other was born, I believe in Flimby in 1887 to William Tunstall 1845 and Charlotte Wilkinson 1847. I hope this information is of some help to you
